I have found something thru the developer view after logging in to the club website which I will research why this is happening even tho I am specifying to allow cookies for this site in the settings I am seeing this although the alert is not appearing.

It appears that cookies are disabled or unavailable by your browser for your club website.
A cookie is a small file kept on your computer to store information between visits to a website.
Your club website needs to be able to store information in a cookie file on your computer during your visit.
If you do not correct this, you will likely have issues with logging into your club website--
your log in status may be "forgotten" and you may have to log in repeatedly.
I'll try an follow up and see why. There was a Microsoft security update pushed to my laptop on 9/24 and this issue started after that.

It appears this is an included
tag that is not active since it also is in the home page content on my mac after login, and there I do not have the same login issue.

Deleting all the toastmastersclubs.org cookies and logging in again did not solve the issue.
Not sure what cookies it should have but there is a difference between the cookies saved on the Microsoft laptop and on my Mac. Attached images - hopefully someone can tell me what needed cookie is missing and why.
