I am happy to report that this issue got fixed this morning for our club. My employer company IT had been looking into this for a few weeks. Lastly they reached out Zscaler and apparently some backend action was done, and the issue is now fixed. So my take-away is that the issue originated from Zscaler.
I was able to access and modify agendas, same as before

My company uses Zscaler. FTH now fully accessible. When I logged on, FTH sent back confirmation link for my device, once I clicked the link and was confirmed, I can get into the site. Thank you to "jmdlouis" sending the update. Much appreciated!
