5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

I am Admin and cannot add a new member using Quick Add.  Email is ms.wicks@gmail.com.  I have sent and received email from the address several times.  The screen turns pink and does not register.  I added myself using an old email and it works.

I see a few issues:
You have a comma after the name in the image - should just be a space
The email on the image isn't the same as the one in your post
The email in the image is already on your former members list.  You can't have duplicate addresses.  If the former member is changing status, simply move her record to the correct list using the Membership Tools Drop down box in the list she is currently in
