Hello,
Our Leaders & Learners Toastmaster club uses the Free Toast Host feature to email members in advance of a meeting.  We’ve setup a custom group on FTH called “Prospect 2025” and would like to use the Agenda mailing feature (see screenshow attached) to email this group, as well as, members.  Is that possible?
Sincerely,
Loretta

Agendas are for MEMBERS ONLY as per documentation. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/emailing-agendas

However - you can always send an agenda to yourself and forward it to your prospect list.
