Greetings!

Club 1196053 - Confident Communicators

eMails from Eventbrite are not being forwarded to the assigned club officer.

Specifically, there are a series of emails on 04/17/25
from support@eventbrite.com to vppr@confidentcommunicatorsclub.com
and also
from noreply@order.eventbrite.com to vppr@confidentcommunicatorsclub.com

that did not get forwarded to the assigned officer's email.

The emails from eventbrite also had my email as a cc so I know they were sent to vppr@confidentcommunicatorsclub.com.
I did send multiple test emails to vppr@confidentcommunicatorsclub.com from my email and those were forwarded as expected.

I have added  support@eventbrite.com and noreply@order.eventbrite.com to the whitelist and verified they are not in the blacklist.

Is it possible to see if club 1196053 received any eMails from eventbrite from these addresses and if there was a problem with them?

Thank you for the quick response!

I had the idea that eventbrite was blocked. We were able to recover our club account and changed the email to a gmail account.

Its sad that there is so much bad traffic, I see that TI just sent an email flagging a phisng scam.
