Edit an Agenda in 7 steps was created by Brad Smith
I created this quick graphic for my club VP to edit an agenda.

She found it useful. I thought others may also find it of some value.

I'm very frustrated with this. I don't have lots of time to sit at a computer and figure this out, or even search for answers.
Our meeting are 1.5 hours long and have up to 4 speakers. I cannot figure out how to adjust an agenda to fit that. I'd be happy to upload one I create, but I don't see that option.

How can I make an agenda that fits my clubs needs? Any help, comments, suggestions or pointing me to the article to figure this out would be grateful.
Thanks,
Jim Howe

Hey Jim,

I understand your frustration. The first few times I messed with the agenda I was aggravated.

Keep in mind, once you have an agenda setup, it can be used as a template over and over.

So if you push through the setup process this one time, future agendas require very little adjusting. They are just there to use and simply populate with content.

Ahh, excellent, right up my alley. We've created a serviceable template agenda and used it at yesterday's meeting. I'd like to SAVE AS and edit it but do not see how that is possible. It is presently saved as 3/13/2012. How do I write over it and save it differently?
