I notice that you guys have lines on your agendas between items. How do you do that?

The horizontal lines on the agenda are a background element. You can make them print if you tell your browser to do so.

Cancel the Print Dialog, right click menu, choose Print Preview, then click on the Page Setup button--the one with the gear on it.

In the Page Setup dialog, click on the checkbox called "Print Background Colors and Images", then close the Print Dialog to get back to print preview screen.

They should show up then.
