Is there somewhere that the week to week schedule output from ClubScheduler could be either posted (for members) or put in the Member Downloads?

First, I would recommend that you take a look at FTH2's agenda features.

If you are dead set on using this ClubScheduler software, then you could load the output file into Member Downloads and put a link to it either in the menu (custom link) or on a custom web page. Also, since it apparently puts out HTML, you may be able to iframe it into a custom web page.
