Regarding the page for "Access Settings"
Officer(s) allowed to access Membership Management
The VP of MEMBERSHIP is NOT allowed access, and should be.
Officer(s) allowed to access the File Manager
The Club Secretary is NOT allowed access, and should be.
Officer(s) allowed to access Agenda Settings & Templates
The VP of Education is NOT allowed access, and should be.
Officer(s) allowed to Create/Edit New Agendas
The VP of Education is NOT allowed access, and should be.
Officer(s) allowed to access the Dues Tool
The TREASURER is NOT allowed access, and should be.
ALSO:
The message at the top of the page "The form has errors. Please correct and save." does not indicate what the errors are, so there is no way to fix them.
We need to change the Default settings for the officers' access

Not sure what you mean. All those officers have access by default as you describe. If your club has a specific problem, please identify your club number.
Maybe you're looking at access settings, seeing the lock icon, and interpreting that they are locked out when in fact they are locked in.
