Giving Website Admin Access

Locked 10 replies · 524 views

Hello - we want to give website admin access to one of our members (Jessica West) to be able to email out the agenda to our members. Our club number is 1349073. Can you grant this to her or direct me to where I can update her status myself? I've looked all over the new site and can't seem to find it.

Thanks!

Will
As she is not an officer, you need to make her an "Other Officer" and then give her Agenda access.
Normally the Secretary or Toastmaster would that task.
Thank you,

How do I manage who is and isn't an officer on the site? I've also tried to do this and can't find it.
whoever is AdminToastMARKers<ToastMARKers@aramark.com>
Has the Clubadmin user and password they have access to the ClubAdmin dashboard.
on the dashboard is the card "
Access Settings" that is where you do the officer assignments.
to do make her "Other Officer" Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard and the "Assign Officers"is where you do that.
Thank you,

I'm the club admin, and our club number and ToastMARKers@aramark.com aren't working as the usernames to sign into TH4 as the club admin using the same password. Is there another link to access the admin site? Or can you confirm which username we should be using?

Will
That is because the Club number is NOT the ClubAdmin user.
Please refer to the ClubAdmin Welcome email
Also the ClubAdmin password for FTH3 does NOT work in FTH4
The clubAdmin password  is 15 characters long.

I'm in - thanks!
I'm sorry - now that she's marked as an 'Other Officer', how do I give her access to email the agenda?

Will
That is done in Access Settings. It's in the Admin section of the main admin console.

you  don't haver to do anything else she can already email the agenda.
She  just goes to meetings > clicks view on the agenda she wants to email > clicks the Email agenda button.
