I've been attempting to add a new member to our FTH but so far, no luck.
What am I not doing correctly?

Please review this document for the procedure to add a new member;

When you try again, clicking the 'Add Member' button will result in a message above the Membership Management header.
If it's green and reads "[member name] was added. An opt-in email was sent for them to confirm." you're all set.
If it's red the message will state the problem so you know what to adjust. We need to know this message if you need additional assistance.
