Edit Club Officer List

What is the procedure when an officer can't complete their full term? We replaced our secretary in October, but the Assigning Officers document currently only accounts for full-year replacements.

Those dates are just comments, you can change the officer at  anytime. The only real count for officers service is the Toastmasters.org Club central.

I am the club ADMIN.  I need to change the Officer list because an Officer quit the club and was replaced with another member.  I can't figure out how to edit the existing Officer list. Can you provide instructions?  Otherwise, when using the "Officer" email, they continue to go to resigned officer and the new officer is not included.  I need procedures.

Anywhere a club officer list is shown gets the data from the Assign Officers module. See the document shared by Debbie to update your officers.
