To assign an officer role, click on the member in question to edit the profile.

Then choose the officer role(s) from the drop-down list.The list will only show the roles that are still available. If you wish to assign a role that someone else already has, you will need to remove that person from the role first. 

Click on the "x" immediately after the role to remove it.

A member may have a maximum of two officer roles.

The exception is Immediate Past President, who may hold two current roles (but not President) in addition to the IPP role.

"Other officer" is useful for incoming officers, assistants, and mentors.
