no "sign up" buttons

FTH doesn't use a sign-up process. Members must be added by someone with admin access to Membership Management.

Thank you for quick reply. She has been added, she's a member and officer and she can log in. When she clicks on Agenda to sign up for the next meeting, all the information is there but she doesn't have SIGN UP buttons next to the jobs, speaker, timer etc. It's a tech problem but nobody seems to be able to fix it. She is the only member who has this issue.

Have her clear browser cache and use 'click here to reload website from server' at the bottom of the club site.

If that doesn't work, FTH development will need to know her device, operating system and browser to investigate.

1) if it ia a member who is having the issue how about a first name at least?

2) once they are signed in did you make sure they are clicking the meetings link in their top menu?
Then click on View to see the agenda they want?
Then scroll way down through that HUGE meeting desription to see all the roles?

1. Her name is Meg S, I sent her the advice I received from Richard. I'm not sure if she's tried it yet.

2. I'll send her the advice you gave me. I think she does what I do, which is: Log in, click on "Open Agenda" which shows our weekly agenda with opportunities to sign up.
