Managing Agenda, role sign up - FreeToastHost Support

Dear TM team,
I am managing the agenda and trying to assign a role to a new member (she has paid and enrolled in a pathway), but member's name is not there on the drop down menu of names. Also, in the member drop down menu there names who are no longer in the club. How do we update the current members list to sync with FTH?

FreeToastHost is NOT Toastmasters International we have NO access to any information the about members.
You need to read the FTH documentation

If you are trying to keep FTH up to date. You may also have to remove (change to former members is recommended) members from the roster once they are no longer members. It is HIGHLY recommended that you simply move members who are no longer paid members -to the former member list. This way the history is preserved if they ever join again their information will be available / and you will build a list of former members if you want to email for club reunions, open houses, etc.
