Need SuperAdmin to change my purchase dates of paths on club 1104 website

Hello,

There are many discrepancies between my progress on Base Camp and what is recorded on the Report Card on the club 1104 website.  Who is able to fix this?

Can I please receive help in clearing up discrepancies on my Report Card?  Thank you.

Here is a summary of all the inaccuracies and accuracies on my account. 

Attached are the screenshots of my progress on Base Camp and the discrepancies (educational progress and purchase history) on the club website.  All other Pathway Path records are accurate.  

Dynamic Leadership
     Incorrect purchase date on club website:  01/16/2023
     Correct purchase date on TM website: 06/22/2026
     Club website says I made some progress on L1; Base Camp says I didn't.

Engaging Humor
     Incorrect purchase date on club website: 10/05/2026
     Correct purchase date on TM website:  08/30/2025
     Club website says I made 0/5 progress; Base Camp says I completed L1 and am working on L2.

Effective Coaching
     Incorrect purchase date on club website:  02/05/2024
     Correct purchase date on TM website:  02/04/2024
     Club website says I made 0/5 progress; Base Camp says I completed L1, L2, and L3

Presentation Mastery
     Incorrect purchase date on club website:  04/17/2023
     Correct purchase date on TM website:  11/28/2022
     Club website says I made 0/5 progress; Base Camp says I completed L1, L2, L3, and L4

Pathways Mentor Program
I am registered for the Pathways Mentor Program on Base Camp.  I don't see a purchase date on the TM website. (Was it a new program, and did I get early access as a trial?) On the club website, there is a drop-down menu to add the Pathways Mentor Program, but since I do not see a purchase date on the TM website, I cannot add it to my list.  

Online Meeting Mastery
The club website says I made 4/5  progress on this Path.  I haven't started the Path yet.

1 - this is the right place to ask for purchase dates to be corrected
Please note - purchase dates don't have to be exact, but they do have to correspond with or pre-date your first project in that path.  For your Pathways Mentor Program - set your purchase date to a date before your first project in that program

2 - if you have any projects that have been recorded against an incorrect path - ask your VPE to correct (you can check the dates on the speech reports)
Once that is one, let us know if there are any paths that need to be deleted from your records (Online Meeting Mastery seems to be one of those)

3 - Minor discrepancies can be corrected by your VPE (correct the agenda, and un-reconcile, then reconcile)

4 - Major discrepancies (e.g. paths / levels completed at a different club, or completed before your club adopted FTH agendas) can be sorted out by using the "Check against base camp" button (My Profile / My Pathways Report Card)

Once your side is tidied up, let us know if you have any paths that need to be removed, or any purchase dates that need to be corrected
