We have dual members in our club. When they sign in with the ABC club, they have their two enrolled Pathway speeches included in the dropdown on the agenda. They can sign up to give a speech from either path. However, when signing in with the XYZ club, they only have one Path of speeches listed in the dropdown. Why would any member have only part of their purchases Paths listed in the dropdown when signing up to give a speech?

FTH is not directly linked to basecamp
Paths that had been commenced at a club were migrated on that club with the upgrade to FTH4
Any paths that have not been started on a website must be "unlocked" by the member going to "My Profile" and selecting the path with a purchase / start date. The date doesn't have to be exact, but it must be prior to the first project for that path on that club website. The member in question had both Paths purchased before we became one of the FTH4 pilot clubs. That is why this is so strange. Why would two paths be available to her when signing up for a speech with one club, but not my club?
FTH cannot tell anything that happens on the toastmasters.org site.
Also a member is unique to a club no matter how many clubs they belong to the records are not share between clubs.
That member probably did a speech in FTH3 in the other club before migration.

Brian, I consider that a serious issue. We have many members that are dual members and they give speeches in different paths in both clubs. They should be able to access speeches from any Path they have purchased in each and every club they belong to. If they are limited to one Path to a club, that removes the flexibility of the program. FTH and Easy Speak never limited a member to what path or speech they could give at a club.

TM members purchasing paths at toastmasters.org and which Paths are available to them in the club's FTH site/agendas are unrelated. Toastmasters International does not permit access to any non-public information.
Members of multiple clubs who give speeches across multiple clubs can find that one of the purchased pathways (from the FTH3 - FTH4 migration) is missing because they didn't give a speech in a past dated agenda for that Pathway in that club.
When a missing Pathway is discovered, the process is to enter it at the bottom of their 'My Profile' page. There is no limit to how many Pathways each member can enter in multiple FTH clubs to which they belong. See 'Getting started' in this document:
https://support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/fth4/pathways-report-card-for-members
FTH club members will also find gaps in the Path/Project completion history because something is missing from a past dated agenda. To plug these gaps, see "Adding missing participation info from other clubs." in the same document.
