I am club Website admin for club number 28678387, Cre-Art Toastmasters.
A Speaker said she couldn't add her speech information so I gave her agenda editing permission.
She added her info but messed up the timing for other parts of the agenda.
I had to fix it.
Do Speakers need to be able to edit the agenda in order to fill in their speech information?

No, a speaker doesn't need agenda edit permissions. See https://support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/fth4/sign-up-meeting-role , lower portion of page, for details of adding speech info.
If that doesn't work, there may be something in the way that the agenda is set up that's causing problems. In which case, let us know which one and we can investigate further.
