You can add the meeting end role to the template. Then any meetings that people have not signed up to yet you can reapply the template and the new role will ba added.

Already exists. There can use access the agendas from their phones using a browser. There is also the Meetings > Sign up / Attendance > were the can mark their attendance and select Roles for the next 7 meetings

There is no way to mass delete Agendas. If you want them deleted you will have to delete them one at a time.

That is already all there once a dated agenda is create the meeting description is fixed. The word or the day and the theme are on the dated agenda to be filled out for just that agenda.

On your template add a role called end zero minutes and that will be the end of your meeting time. You will still have to manage all the accumulated roles times to make the meeting end at 8:00

The end time is calculated by the length of all the roles in a meeting. We can't arbitrarily set an end time.
