What does your constitution say. Things changed a couple of years ago many clubs didn't notice. Service time increased for DTM requirement to serve as club officer for 1 year.

If you want blue then you have to create agendas using the system. create a simple agenda with one role for the length of your meeting.

Wrong TI only specifies that a club must have 3 officers, President, Secretary, and 1 VP The other officer positions can be vacant. President and Secretary because they hold the voting rights for the club at the TI AGM.
