In the Assign mentors screen (for an individual member), unselect the mentor you want to remove, and select a replacement if you want to, then save. That isn't currently in the doc and should probably be added. Thanks for pointing it out.

Brian, I think the #1 #2 #3 is needed when each evaluator role appears more than once. Maybe the docs need to be brought up to date; I can investigate at some point.

I thought it was worth suggesting that first, but if other members are seeing their badges, then that obviously isn't the cause. It's above my pay grade, so we'll need to wait for Brian to comment.

There's a setting in the Recognition and Points area of the admin console where the display of Pathways badges can be turned off. (https://support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/fth4/recognition-points) Someone might have ticked that box.

Has she forwarded an email with a "not a member" link recently? Those can be clicked on by anyone who receives the email.

Do you have that Path added in your profile? Or is that where you're having difficulty? You need to have the Path added first, or you won't be able to select from it.

It looks as though someone has put "dentontoastmasters.com" in the custom domain field in the admin console. Remove that, and it should stop redirecting. If it's wrong in Club Central, it's also a good idea to update it there.

Yes, there is a prospective club option. You do need to have been assigned a club number by TI.
