Brian, I think the #1 #2 #3 is needed when each evaluator role appears more than once. Maybe the docs need to be brought up to date; I can investigate at some point.

There's a setting in the Recognition and Points area of the admin console where the display of Pathways badges can be turned off. (https://support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/fth4/recognition-points) Someone might have ticked that box.

The note option is still there, but you have to be logged in as a user (not club admin) in order to use it. The club admin can see it, but a member has to have added a note first.
