All agendas were migrated The admin or officer with access can delete it if it has no relevance. We don't recommend deleting any agendas as they provide a history of members' speeches and roles.

Meetings - Manage Meetings - Reports Select the report type, member (or default all members) and choose a date range

Best is to leave the "Role" as Speaker. Change the Role Name to Speaker #1...... That way they all fall under the same Role for reporting purposes

Go to the agenda you want to clone, choose "Manage Agenda". Save as a template at the bottom. Then use the template to create your new agenda
