What service is that? Wondering if it's something I can report for them to fix.

It just loaded now; the problem I am having is this is random and sometimes works and most of the times hasn't been working. Yesterday, I cleared cache 5 or more times and could not get in at all. Thank you.

Still is not working it times out for me.

Thanks, I found it all set.

The admin username was the club number so that's what I was using?

I am club president, I am able to log in as me so maybe there is where the issue is coming from? I need to be able to log in as administrator along with other officers?

Member or password is incorrect. Note that both may be case-sensitive. This is what I get after I try to reset the password. It takes the reset password I put in but then will not allow me to log in.

Hello our club number is 7057227. Thank you.

Unable to reset password for admin access Hello our club cannot log in either. I have tried to reset several times and when I go to put the new password in it says it doesn't work and now I am logged out for 15 minutes.
