My name is Jei'mar Spell. I am from Challengers 734. The confirmation box to confirm roles has disappeared on our club website. Does anyone know how to fix this or how to bring the role confirmation box back? I greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.

Other than role sign-up/drop, the only place to make a meeting related selection is on the meeting attendance record. This is attendance only, not role assignments. See attendance tracking near the bottom of this document;

I see your club uses custom meeting attendance & role tables. These are not native to the FTH structure. Is the missing confirmation box related to these tables?

Also, make sure that you have role confirmations enabled in your agenda settings: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-default-settings

Please let me know if this box is missing from the Agenda on your website. If yes, then your admin needs to login to make the changes

1. Click Member Only tab
2.  Select Meeting Agenda
3. Open your current agenda 
4. Click on Pencil ✏ top right hand cnr to make a change
5. Move down and select assignment, also select pencil ✏ 
6. Tick the box that reads: This is a role for which members can sign up.
