I entered a new member to our club website but she is not getting the opt in email. I have resent it several time. Any suggestions what to do.

Our club number is 2301
Serena Inez Pattherson is not receiving the opt in email. Her email is utican2000@hodtmail.com.

The member is using hotmail.com, she needs to add the server email addresses to her white list.

I can see in the logs that we are sending the emails to her.

Please send your new member a link to the following via regular email:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email

Have them look at the section on Outlook.com / Hotmail... sometimes those give us problems with filtering / blocking emails from our server, so your member will need to whitelist the server address as Brian is indicating so that the opt-in emails can get through.
