NEW FUNCTIONALITY - Marking Agendas as "Reconciled"

I have added a way to mark past meeting agendas as "Reconciled". By Reconciled, what I mean is that you have gone back into the dated agenda editor after a meeting to update it to reflect who actually attended a meeting and who actually took the meeting roles.

This update after the meeting is important to ensure that meeting reports are accurate so that you can get the full value out of them. By implementing a marking scheme to indicate which agendas have been reconciled, it will be much easier to know how accurate role reports are. Note that you do not have to reconcile your past agendas, but may get a "nag prompt" if you save a past agenda, and your role reports may not be very credible.

Here are the details of how the marking scheme is implemented. First, if you edit a *past* agenda with the dated agenda editor, you should now see a new checkbox labeled Reconciled at the bottom left of the pop-up window.

If this checkbox is checked, the software infers that you have reconciled the agenda and this status is stored in the database for this agenda. However, if you have not checked this box when editing a past agenda, you will see the following prompt when you save the agenda:

If you click Yes at the above prompt, the JavaScript will check the checkbox for you, then complete the Save.

Additionally, if you are reconciling agendas, you will see a "(r)" in the agenda date selection drop-down to enable you to quickly see which have been reconciled.

Additionally, when you run Meeting Reports now, you should also see the following new informational prompt after you click Run Report in the initial pop-up:

This is based on what you selected in the Report Settings and is intended to give you an idea of how many agendas will be used and how accurate the report will be.

I've been doing this whenever I've been VPE, as I felt it was good practice. Now I can make note that I have done it. Awesome!

I love it! Thanks so much for adding this functionality. It will really help me keep track of what's ACTUALLY been done and let future Secretaries do the same.

Nina Chace. 3941. Once you have clicked on the "yes" box that the agenda is reconciled, does this lock that agenda to future editing, or can you still make changes to the agenda, i.e., should you wait until you have made all agenda changes to click on the "Yes" box? Thanks.
