It is just a flag that gets set via the checkbox. You can still edit the agenda if you have the agenda edit rights. (nothing changes with that)

Not sure why I cannot see the prompt to reconcile an agenda nor the word reconciled after it was reconciled. Another member of our club did see it and reconciled the last agenda but I cannot see the word reconciled on that agenda either. Any suggestions?

You will only see the checkbox and the prompt when you edit a past agenda. (at least a day ago)
I am thinking of changing the date logic so that "past" considers the meeting time vs the current time also.

You will not see any of this for future meeting agendas. That is by design, since the way I am using the word "reconciling" is meant to imply that you are checking a "planned agenda" vs what actually happened.

Hello Steve,

I cannot see the checkbox and I would be unable to reconcile any agenda. I tried on my desktop pc and on my macbook laptop (logged in as an Admin) but still cannot see the checkbox or the prompt to reconcile. I can only see an "(r)" next to the date where we can select the agenda and this reconciliation was done by another member of the club.

Thanks again,
Suzette
