Alias are not domain names, www is not permitted if you use an alias.
You could use firstburlington.toastmasterclubs.org, if it is not used by another club.

Ok, come on... this is nonsense. :thumbsdn: The reason you were getting security issues is because you did not have your DNS set up properly per our documented requirements ( support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview ) which prevented the automatic generation of a HTTPS certificate. support.toastmastersclubs.org/2011-10-23...ustom-domain-warning
If no cert, of course your browser is going to complain about security issues. :pinch:

You seem to have the DNS set correctly now, you have a cert now... are you getting browser warnings of any security issues now?

Note that I am not suggesting you should continue with the custom domain if you do not really want to. If you do not want to be bothered with having to properly configure the DNS records and having to renew the domain subscription every so often, then yeah, maybe a custom domain is not the best fit for your club. Many clubs get by just fine with a website alias approach.

Thank you for your support and assistance. I re-read my earlier inquiries and I wanted to clarify one of the posts. When I wrote "conflict issues with FTH security" our domain provider indicated they were not compatible with the cloudflare security of FTH. As our renewal comes up later this month as a club we have decided to not renew our domain name and go with an alias with FTH.
Thanks again

We don't use cloudflare so not sure how your registrar is set up but the issue is not here. Your Registrar was not broadcasting the correct IP, everything seems to be working now.

These are correct.
