2 new members not showing up in FreeToast Website

We have 2 new members that are not showing up in FreeToast Website.
This is for club #5335 Enthusiastic Epping ToastMasters.
Hope you can help - the new membership was processed by club exec memberships team in TMI,
and I believe the membership details just get carried forward from there to Free Toast.
Do I need to advise them of anything else to check ? Many thanks.

That is incorrect. There is no data connection. TM does not allow that.

You need to enter the new members in the Membership Management module.

that link was really helpful.
It took me a while to figure out new members need to be added on top row, marked with "new".
This issue is resolved now.
