Filling an agenda role on behalf of someone else

There is a member who asked me to add him to the agenda because he either can't log in, doesnt have time or other reason why he cannot do it himself. Is this possible? I tried doing it while logged in as website admin but it only still puts me in that role.

1) we always need your club number without we can not help you

I figured it out. I created a "shell" email and signed in as that and put the speaker's name in the notes section of the role on the agenda.

Instead or creating a work around if you provided the club number and members name we could look into their real issue.
