Online documentations isn't working at the moment and will take a while to fix.

Still didn't work. URL is in full in the address bar.

You can say it didn't work, and you add the attached screenshot to your reply.

If you requested the admin reset more than once, the link in the response to the latest request is the only one that will work.  Please try again, making sure that you only make the request once.
Also, please make sure the entire link is shown in the browser address bar of the page that opens to confirm the authorisation.
