Hello

I am trying to determine who is getting the email request for mentors when selected from our website.  If I go into club email address and send an email to  mentors-5083@toastmastersclubs.org, this goes to the website administrator.  Not where it needs to go.  How can I determine who gets the requests.  No one seems to know.

Thanks

You can select which club member should get the request in the EMAIL & CONTACT forms. The MENTOR tab is on the far right and you can LEARN MORE about these features in the online documents.

You are getting two different features collapsed and mixed up.

This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  allows you to send an email to those members who are mentoring another member and are established as such via the pull down option for that in Membership Management.  This email will not go to the person in charge of your mentoring program unless they also are a mentor to another member.

The form that Nancy mentions is so that a member can request a mentor and it generates an email to whoever you have set up in your club to manage your mentoring program.
