Hello Support team,

I’m writing this to get help regarding log in issue that keeps happening to one of my club member.

First of all, I’d like to let you know that I tried to go over all the related post and answer. So when it happened we disabled “Not a Member” feature from the website setting. And I moved him from the former member to the current member list. However, it happened again.

Please refer to the info below and attached email screenshot. Just let me know if you need more info from my end.

- Report time:  On May 19, 2024, at 8:44 PM MST

- User Scenario: He opened our club's website using Microsoft Edge and received the email below within next few seconds.

- Member email: nirmal_sahar@hotmail.com

- Club Info: To The Point Toastmaster Club #788036 District 42 Division E Area 19.

Thanks for your help in advance!!

The issue is their email server is clicking the links for them. Your solution is to turn off the "Not a member" link in the admin console.

Hi Brian,
Thanks for your reply. However, as I mentioned, it happened again even after we already turned off ‘Not a member’

Please let us know if there’s any other suggestions.

Thanks,
Kate

Did he delete all the old emails from FTH in his inbox?

Thanks Brian, I’ll recommend him to remove all the previous emails received from the club.
Since it happened even he didn’t access the mail box, I’ll also recommend him remove the caches in Edge browser. The browser may have stored the link as cache.

Thanks
