Tracking Member Award Status- hiding Former Member activities?

I see that this was never responded to by the Dev team.

Back in the role of VPM, and would like to reinstate the use of FTH at our club. Any reason why the speakers name (now in the Former Members' list) cannot be displayed. Whether they are all in one table with different status flags, or moved to another DB table, technically this is a pretty simple tweak.

Once they are no longer a member they name is not displayed anywhere for privacy reasons. The only place is the former members list and they can even request it be removed from there
