Hello,

I have been on the website a few times trying to add emails and roles of the new officers. When I go to save my information it does not save and reverts back to the previous way that it was. Can you help me out please!

Thank you

How are you adding emails and roles of club officers?

What browser and version are you using?

When you add/change officer roles, you need to use the pull-down menus to change the member's status. Don't try to do this by typing directly in the membership list window.

If other changes aren't working, check your cookie settings. See support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

This in fact happened to me a few nights ago. Not sure if it's the same "problem." Jane in fact wrote a document about this;
support.toastmastersclubs.org/component/...bership-management-2

I tried to goto Membership Management & add more than 1 VPE by doing a copy/paste on the text window. Well, it works for phone numbers, emails, even the members name; but you cannot add more than 1 office bearer! The system will undo all your changes.

To assign office bearer, you have to scroll down to "Assign officer, guest, former member status"
select the members name from the drop down list.
On the right, select the office bearers title eg Vice President Education

You can only assign ONE member with per office bearer status!!!
