New members cannot enter passwords

At least two of our new club members report that from the authentication e-mail they can access our club website, but when asked to submit a password the password is not accepted. They have access from the authentication e-mail, but once logged out, their only option for access is to request a new authentication e-mail. we have crosschecked and the same computer will accept an older members password through the member login.

Sounds like they are using Internet Explorer.

Please have them check their cookie settings to this doc.
