Online documentation not working

Online documentations isn't working at the moment and will take a while to fix.

images was created by SRR14
The image button and all other buttons in the editor are grayed out. Cannot access. What is wrong? I am the site admin.

1) please post your club number in every post.

2) you are not logged in properly. please logout, and click the "(Click here to reload website from server.)" at the bottom of the page

I logged out and did 'reload website from server', but no change. Our club #1619968

removed all cookies as directed. Still no improvement. Posted the club # in signature.
