OK, I thought that if only "members@flagshipspeakers.com" was in the address bar, that was telling you what you needed.

In any case, I am attaching the Outlook message - I don't see how it really helps further (no clue as to whether someone could be forwarding it erroneously), but let me know. Maybe I just need to tell everyone to double check their forwarding rules. Thanks!

Nope. We need the email headers in the email as received by the deleted member. Have them forward what they received to you, then you will need to get the headers from that. See here for how:

"I don't see how it really helps further" The headers in the email as received by the deleted member will have a trace of all the stops that the email took on its way to the recipient.

If you want us to help you resolve this, then you need to get us the requested information so that we can investigate.
