I am not getting the option to upload new files

Try this first. Scroll all the way to the bottom of your screen and click on the (Click her to reload website from the server.), then try again.

Also, the current system requires that you have the lastest Adobe Flash installed for the upload button to show up.

The next update will eliminate requirement once I get it done and released.
