I am the former VPE of Bethesda Community Toastmasters, club #2529 in District 36. After logging in as the website administrator (helping our new VPE) I have created two agenda templates under the Agenda Settings from the Administrator Console for 7 speakers on our agenda. When I go to the agenda homepage and click the + to add a new agenda, then choose one of my 2 created templates, a blank agenda (no roles or anything) appears and I cannot save it. Thus, it does not create a new agenda from a pre-made template and I have to manually add each role to create a meeting agenda. This is very frustrating and time intensive. Even when I try creating a new agenda from a Toastmasters default agenda, all the agenda roles do not appear!

I cannot attach my files since they are .tiff files. Please support other files types. Apple's Capture software uses .tiff files as default.

tiff files are huge and we won't support that file type.
use the apple preview software to do your screen shots and you can save in many formats.

Log out as your member and just stay logged in as the admin and try again.

We we're testing this for another member as well. I have confirmed what Brian has suggested, and as an admin only, you can add the agendas.
