I am sure you have been asked this, but I did not find an answer when I looked.
The toastmaster does not have access to the edit program for the agenda.
How do I change that?
This is also happening at club 7175, TopDrawer Advanced Toastmasters
Both clubs are in District 86, region 6, area 64.

We only need the club numbers, mainly.
The problem is the way that the roles are worded: Chairperson/Toastmaster
A text search is used to find the roles corresponding to the Toastmaster to determine who that is so they can be granted editing rights.
Chairperson/Toastmaster will not be found as the toastmaster.
You need to "keyword" the word Toastmaster so it can be found: Change the roles to Chairperson/*Toastmaster*
That should work and lets you keep your wording.
To change these roles save an agenda as a template which allows you to edit the role titles, then you can create agendas from that template.

Steve, only one of the clubs has that wording. The other has "chair" and a separate "toastmaster" (I can't remember whether that has upper case or not).

Does not matter, this is still a keywording issue. There are also roles that use the same wording but some are not sign up roles and some are. The non-signup roles with the same role title will count as no one signed up.
This is an issue where keywording needs to be used for several reasons and it is not.

How the "Toastmaster" is determined (from reviewing the code):
1. Look for first occurrence of *Toastmaster% in role title, sorting by start time, where % matches anything.
2. If not found, look for occurrence of %Toastmaster% in role title, sorting by start time, where % matches anything.
3. If not found, look for occurrence of %Toastmaster% or %Contestmaster% or %Chair% in role title, sorting by role title in descending order, where % matches anything. The sort makes Toastmaster found before Contestmaster or Chair, in case combinations are used in the same agenda.

As a side note, I hate this whole text searching, keywording approach to agendas--it is a big kludge. This thread is a good example of how this approach is just not very robust or workable in every situation. The problem is that it relies too much on what you put into the role title to determine what the role is. Users should be able to just "tag" roles with the word Toastmaster that is independent of what shows for the role title. Then you could just enter the tags that get agenda editing rights.
