I have double checked that the member is replying to the email message from the email listed on the club website. Email is sent to members-3214758@toastmastersclubs.org.

When he replies he gets the following back:

From: server@toastmastersclubs.org
Date:12/08/2015 5:54 PM (GMT-06:00)
To: trcollins1988@gmail.com
Subject: Message Not Delivered: RE: [ACH TM ] RE: [ACH TM ] Re: [ACH TM ] RE: [ACH TM ] Meeting tonight Roles

toastmastersclub3214758onbehalfofnataliemitchell,cc appears to be an invalid email address. If you believe this is incorrect, please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message.

Thank you for your time looking into this.

If he is using the "reply to" function in his email program, the "To" address should display as either the address of the member he is replying to, or members-3214758@toastmastersclubs.org (depending on the option your club has chosen for replies to member emails.

It seems to me that he has somehow got the alias linked to the sender in the "To" box. That is not a valid address.

Please ask him to try opening the original email again and using the "reply to" function - see what shows in the "To" box

I apologize for the delay in my response. I have more information.
It turns out that no one in the club can reply to the Agenda email. It's not the member email as first suspected, that one works fine.

When replying to an agenda email, the To = agenda.601325-3214758@toastmastersclubs.org
In my gmail account I get the following:

Brian -
Thank you for such a quick response.
Can you please explain what you mean by your statement:

"We do not support "Wide character" just the characters supported by UTF-8 single byte."

What do you mean? Is there something I need change? What am I looking for?

We see this when people are using a foreign language in their emails.
