Update Speech Information AFTER Meeting

Sometimes we need to make a correction to speech information on an agenda after the meeting. Typical scenarios include wrong speech project, updated title or introduction, or just fixing a typo.

I could not find a way to update that either as web site administrator or as an authorized club officer. Does this feature exist? If not, is it possible to add it?

Thanks.

admin/VPE should be able to edit that even after the meeting.

On the Meeting Agenda Settings panel of the admin console I can only modify the template, not individual agenda.

When I load the agenda and click the edit icon, I can edit individual roles, but the edit box for speech is just like other roles. I can assign a member, but have no access to the drop-down list of speech project or the box for speech description.

Is speech detail accessible elsewhere?

You are looking at the wrong place. The admin module for setting agenda settings and templates is different than for the dated agendas. Generally, those are things you set up and then forget about them. (unless you need to edit the template)

Since you are your club's admin, you can just log in as the admin, and click the agenda link at the top of the Members menu to access the dated agendas. Since you are not the VPE, you will only be able to edit the info for past agendas via the admin login, unless you also set yourself as an agenda creator/editor in the access settings tab of the admin console.

Please refer to our docs for more information: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-index

As long as the role has been set as a speech (you can change that in edit mode if necessary), you don't have to go into edit mode - just scroll down the agenda to the speech and you'll be able to change it there.

OK, I have just remembered that members assigned to the speech role can update his/her own speech information at any time.

I will remind our members.
