How do you know the password works you cannot log in.

I suggest you reset the password.

Also, when you do an admin password reset, the link you get in email is only good to get you in as the admin... you still have to go into the admin console and actually change the password to what you want.

Hi Steve-
Yes, I am the Administrator
I am certain the password is correct, because, when I purposely alter it, the message Your club number or password is not correct.
However, when I use the correct password, it indicates YOU MUT ENTER YOUR CORRECT CLUB NUMBER.

Any advice?
Thanks.

Hi Brian-
I have reset the password over the past few months.

When I play with it, and know it's the wrong password, the message indicates the club number or the password is incorrect
When I have the correct password, it indicates, YOU MUT ENTER THE CORRECT CLUB NUMBER

Any thoughts?

THanks, Steve- I do that every month.
No matter what, the issue of the correct club number has been a problem for 2 years or so.
