Thank you for your reply. I have been successful in sending an agenda out today. I did not realize if I was logged in as the admin that the system would have saved my preference from the last time I emailed out as a member. It did not show the email was sent only to the VPE in the previous email settings. Once I re-selected All Club Members... the email went out. Thank you!

The remembering of settings is computer specific, not login specific. If you were to use a different computer, you would find that the settings would need to be reset.

I may modify this approach in the future, but the current implementation was the quickest, simplest way to get some sort of remembering form settings in place that was only applied to users and not the whole club like in the past. Any other approach would require db changes and creating server code, and I did not want to expend the extra effort for that at this time.
