Unable to create file structure

Thank you, Brian, for your help.

What I have learned from this is that the file I am uploading cannot begin with the same name as the folder name, even if I don't have the colon in it. Also, the folder structure is not evident in the file manager, so the only way to verify that it worked is by leaving the file manager and going to the member downloads.

Thanks again,

Evelyn

Evelyn,

What is important to understand is that there really are not any folders set up. This why we call them virtual. This is also why there are not sub-folders.

All that happens is that some files get "tagged" with the text prior to the colon, and the system treats those files with the same "tag" as if they are in the same folder on the server (they actually are not).
