1) READ all the documentation on this site. How to backup your content is documented there.

2) The images are still on the server, you would need to reconstruct the old text.
There is an archived version on the google cache you can copy and recover

Thank you everyone. I got it all back including pictures and text. Now I can breath a sigh of relief and the club won't have my head!
