I have the same problem, yesterday all the file entries were showing up with their full file names, no folders, everything locked (I previously had a mix of locked and unlocked files). Because I only have 9 files, it was easy to fix, but I'm concerned it might happen again.

I had an issue before and it seemed to have been fixed last week, but I'm wondering if a related issue has now appeared.

I tried the similar fix as last time, namely,
-toggle the lock icon to 'unlocked',
-toggle the lock icon to 'locked',
-remove the file names,
-all back in the descriptions, folders, and lock/unlock status I wanted.
(I saved after each step.)

Steve, let me know if this will hold. Thx!

Everyone should have their file info back now. Sorry about this snafu. We restored your info from the file backups.
(Thanks to Brian for that.)

I went ahead and started migrating information to the MySQL database. It did not quite go as planned unfortunately.
