Re-establish Website Pages

Hi, is it possible to re-establish and restore the content of two pages in our FreeToastclub's website? Yesterday, we totally lost the content of our "Home" and our "Meeting Information/Directions" pages. I'm not fully sure as to the reason why but I think it was something to do with a power outage that affected my PC, at the time.

The base website name is 5342.toastmastersclubs.org
The custom domain website name: www.limericktoastmasters.com

I appreciate any help you can provide on this.
